مية باردة + بنCold water + coffee
فنجان مية باردة في الكنكة ومعلقة صغيرة بن مليانة لكل فنجان، والسكر لو بتحبها مظبوط.One cup of cold water in the cezve, a heaped teaspoon of coffee per cup, and sugar if you like.

نار هاديةLow heat
قلّب كويس مرة واحدة بس، وسيبها على نار هادية من غير ما تقلّب تاني.Stir well once only, then leave it on a low flame without stirring again.

استنى الوشWait for the foam
أول ما الوش يبدأ يعلى ويقرب من الحافة، شيلها من على النار قبل ما تفور.As soon as the foam rises toward the rim, lift it off the heat before it boils over.

صب بالراحةPour slowly
